It’s always the little things that matter and make a difference. Sometimes the things that cost nothing can make such a difference in the upkeep of your building. Doing a weekly walk around of your building and picking up debris keeps the building looking kept and prevents things from escalating like having vermin and bugs entering the building. Similarly, making sure your garbage bins are in good condition with no cracks or missing tops will prevent animals from getting inside the bins and making a mess. Lastly, from a sanitary point of view, you don’t want garbage spread out on the property leading to complaints from neighbours and potentially the city inspector posing fines on you. “It’s the little things that count”.
