I’m Asher Lichtman, and along with my business partner David Papernick, we are the proud co-owners of Apartment Pros.

I look forward to sharing our story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know us better.

I’m a licensed realtor with over twenty years of senior executive sales and marketing experience. David has been a licensed broker for more than twenty-five years, and in addition, has fifteen years of property and construction management expertise.

We were good friends that were passionate about the commercial side of real estate. Seeing physical buildings and beautiful designs always piqued our interest, especially when we found something that we had not seen before.

Therefore, we wanted to be trailblazers and solve a gap in the market. So, we decided to focus on small multi-residential apartments, as we felt customers required specialized support in this vertical.

Each day we work hard to be a reliable source for owning and operating multi-unit real estate. In this endeavor, technology has helped to navigate the ever-changing space, which is different from when we first began in the early 90s with just pen and paper.

Also, being in control of our destiny forces us to be accountable and responsible for our successes and failures. Therefore, we pride ourselves on being accessible round the clock to serve clients.

While we enjoy interactions with clients, we prefer to provide honest feedback about their investment properties, which is not always appreciated at the time. However, our candid approach helps achieve positive outcomes.

As a result, it fills us with immense joy when we can exceed our clients’ expectations and build close relationships. It’s also rewarding when we get referred to prominent real estate investors in Toronto.

When we’re not consulting with clients, I love golfing, conducting small DIY projects, working out at the gym, and traveling. David is an avid golfer, a master DIY guy and likes watching trending Netflix shows, having nice dinners with family, and exploring the beauty of cottage country. We also work with the homeless as it’s our aim to give back to the community.
